We kindly ask you to check-out till 10:00! You can leave the house open withthe keys on the table.
For stays longer than 7 nights, the cottage is cleaned every week. Bath towels are changed upon request.
Parking spots are available outside the property. You can also park by the main road on the common parking.
The water from the tap is really good & safe to drink. It seams that we are drinking water from the spring.
We have a manual washing tank, where you can wash your clothes and leave them drying outside. We don't offer laundry service.
After your adventure, you can clean your boots/steaks close to our pond. There you will find water, brushes and cleaning cloths.
Smoking is not allowed inside the cottages.
For common waste, glass, paper & plastic, you should use the local containers on the main road.
The cottage has a bin to collect organic waste. When it’s full, you may deposit it on the basket near the gate.
Stay connected during your stay! We have free Wifi. Password: internet.
Our family is normally around to help you. You can also reach us by +351 925 66 99 33 (we use WhatsApp).

The swimming pool is waiting for you! To avoid accidents, do not run or jump on the pool. Glasses and dishes are not allowed in this area.
Please do not use bath towels on the swimming pool. Our family has beach towels that can borrow you on request.
To reduce power consumption, as part of our ecological measures, the exterior lights are turning off at 23:00!
In our gardens, we have aromatic herbs, vegetables & fruit trees. You are free to use them! Help yourself!

The weather in Madeira may be unpredicdable due to multiple micro-climates. Make sure to always carry: swimsuit & flip-flops, light jacket & hiking boots.

Being a tropical island, Madeira doesn't have any threatening animals. Depending on the season, you may find some non-dangerous mosquitoes & lizards.
